7 days in Eilat and Dead Sea in the southern Israel with two kids.
Israel is a little country but you will find there three so different seas: the Mediterranean Sea, the Red Sea and the Dead Sea. This time we made a week trip to the southern part of the Holy Land. You can take a flight to TLV Ben Gurion airport, rent a car and drive south through the Negev desert to Eilat and on your way back visit the Dead Sea. Also you can take a direct flight to Ovda international airport near Eilat, but in October 2018 the new International Ilan Ramon airport will be opened in Eilat.

Photos and description:
Day 1:
The observation point on the Ramon Canyon and the visitors’ center in Mitzpe Ramon.
The tomb of the first Prime minister of Israel David Ben Gurion on the mountain with a view on Tzin stream, near the Ein Avdat nature reserve.
A two-hour walk in a deep and spectacular canyon, where the stream flows all year round in the Ein Avdat nature reserve.
Day 2:
In Eilat we stayed in the excellent Dan Eilat hotel.
Water skiing is available in front of the hotel we stayed.
After the beach, we went to the desert to ride on ATVs.
Day 3:
The Underwater Observatory – a paradise for the whole family, you can definitely spend a whole day there. Look for coupons or group discounts and order tickets online.
Close to the Underwater Observatory, you can snorkel or dive in the coral reserve. You can also go to the Dolphin Reef and swim with dolphins.
Day 4:
Water sports on Dekel Beach. There are kayaks, motorboats, speed tornado boats, sups and other water sports.
Kings city – a must visit place with children, you can spend there half a day.
The musical fountains – in the evening almost every hour you can see this beauty. Check the exact hours online.
Feet fish peeling on Eilat main promenade.
Day 5:
On the way from Eilat to the Dead Sea, you should visit Timna Park. A huge park where you could spend a whole day and even stay at the lakeside camping and take a night tour through the park. The best option for me is to rent a bike and ride the tracks in the park, but of course, you can enter by car.
At the Dead Sea, we stopped at the grate Daniel Hotel.
Day 6:
Just rest and float in the Dead Sea one day without hurrying anywhere.
Day 7:
A few hours’ walk in the oasis with waterfalls and springs in the Ein Gedi nature reserve. Recommended period in spring when there is plenty of water, it is not too hot like in summer and already not so cold.
