10 days in Paris, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands in late August.
Paris, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands – this is a classic route that everyone sooner or later has to see. We are not the first time in Paris, so we took one day to feel again the atmosphere of this beautiful city.
This route it is hardly suitable with little children. So this time we went on a trip with friends without children, mostly in the cities and every night spent it in another place which we found on the way, but several hotels were ordered online.

Day 1:
Arrive in the morning to the airport in Paris.
Walking around the city and stayed overnight at the hotel.

We rented a car and drove to Luxembourg.

Day 3:
Moving to Belgium.
The town of Bouillon and the show of birds of prey in the fortress.
The road near Rochehaut with a beautiful view of the village of Frahan.

Day 4:
The old city of Ghent.
Brussels – in the capital of Belgium is worth visiting only the central square.
Day 5:
Bruges is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe.
Walk around the city and boat ride through the canals.
Day 6:
Moving to the Netherlands.
University town of Leiden.
The town of Delft is famous for its porcelain.
Day 7:
The open-air windmills park – Zaanse Schanse.
Fishing villages Volendam and Marken.
Day 8:
Cheese Fair in the town of Gouda.
The village of Githoorn – everyone move on boats through channels instead of cars on roads.
Amsterdam – the city of canals and bicycles.
We returned the car in the city center, because you do not need a car in Amsterdam.

The town of Bouillon in Belgium greeted us with sunny weather.
On the way from Bouillon, after Rochehaut, stop and admire the beautiful view of the village of Frahan.
Dinant, where you should go up to the fortress on the hill and from there there is a grate view on the city.

Gent – Belgium beautiful architecture.
The capital of Belgium – Brussels.
Day 5:
If you have time to see only one city in Belgium then you should definitely visit Bruges.
Day 6:
In Holland, we started our trip by visiting Leiden and Delft.
Day 7:
Be sure to visit Zaanse Schans to feel the atmosphere of country life in Holland.
Volendam and Marken are two fishing villages by the sea and a ferry between them.
Day 8:
Cheese lovers must visit the fair in the town of Gouda, which opens on Thursday morning from the end of June to the end of August.
The village of Giethoorn is in no way to be missed, this is a paradise. Be sure to rent a motorboat as early as possible in the morning or book it online.
